Passion, joy and committment. That's how I sum up my attitude toward life and how I approach my work. I like the details. And at the same time, I see the big-picture. Most of all, I'm a people person who knows how to make things happen. I'm a team player who brings energy and expertise to the cause. I have a social nature and an ability and affinity to lead. I don't know everything, but I can learn anything and I enjoy passing on knowledge and information to help others.
My ideal work environment would cultivate excellence, synergy, fun and a clear understanding of the mission. My ideal position would provide an avenue for me to work with people; facilitate a group or lead a team; advise, teach and mentor; manage and promote a project or program; and use or integrate technology to maximize efforts, inspire interaction and increase social engagement.
